SIMPA-10 learned the theory and practice of public administration in Georgia
On October 2 – 5, 2019, the third session of SYMPA-10 (The School of Young Managers of Public Administration) was held in Tbilisi. This session was devoted to theoretical and practical study of Georgia’s experience in the development and implementation of new public administration practices based on the principles of transparency, decentralization and inclusion. Participants learned about the current achievements and problems of Georgian public administration.
During the session, the participants visited a number of government bodies, communicated with political figures and experts in various fields, and fully felt the peculiarities of Georgian national culture.
The next, final session of SIMPA-10 will be held in Sweden and will be devoted to public finance management, civil society participation in public administration and non-discrimination.
