SYMPA-6 successfully completes the programme
From 29 November to 4 December, in Stockholm, the sixth intake of the School of Young Managers in Public Administration (SYMPA) had its final session.
The best 21 students of SYMPA – young civil servants, representatives of business and non-profit sector – attended the session, organized by SYMPA partner – the Swedish Institute of Public Administration (SIPU International).
The agenda included acquaintance with the "Swedish model" of governance, the work of financial and tax systems, control and audit bodies, local self-government, as well as the principles and practice of securing the rights and interests of different social groups in the development and implementation of national and regional policies and programmes.
SYMPA students also visited the Swedish Parliament, the Ministry of Finance, the Competition Authority, the Administrative Board of Stockholm, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions - SKL, one of the largest cultural institutions in Northern Europe - Kulturhuset, Vasa Museum in Stockholm and other attractions.
The graduates received a joint SYMPA-SIPU International certificate.
SYMPA and SIPU congratulate the sixth set of students on successful completion of the programme of the School of Young Managers in Public Administration and invite the graduates to the SYMPA Alumni Club, where they can continue the exciting professional communication with more than 100 colleagues!
