Articles \ SYMPA releases the seventh group of managers
14-19 November, the Swedish Institute of Public Administration (SIPU International) hosted the final session of the seventh intake of the School of Young Managers in Public Administration (SYMPA).
SYMPA brought to Stockholm its 20 best students – civil servants, representatives of business and non-profit sector.
Young Belarusian managers and potential managers acquainted with the "Swedish model" of government and paid special attention to public finances management, tax administration, control and audit system, as well as the principles and practice of respecting the rights and interests of different social groups in the development and implementation of state and regional policies and programmes.
SYMPA students visited the Riksdag (Parliament), the Ministry of Finance, the Competition Authority, the National Audit Office, one of the largest cultural institutions in Northern Europe – Kulturhuset, and took a guided sightseeing tour around Stockholm to be acquainted with its history, architecture and cultural life.
Having the year-round work successfully done, the SYMPA-7 participants get joint SYMPA-SIPU certificates.
Administration of the School of Young Managers of Public Administration congratulates the seventh set of students on the successful completion of the programme and invites them to the SYMPA Alumni Club, where one can continue professional communication and take part in SYMPA / BIPART research projects on important issues of public administration.
