Tatsiana Chulitskaya is a lecturer of Social and Political Sciences Department at the European Humanities University (EHU) (Vilnius, Lithuania) and an expert of SYMPA/BIPART. She has defended her PhD dissertation titled Narratives of Social Justice in Non-democratic Regime: Analysis of Belarusian Case at Vilnius University in 2014. Her research interests are focused on public policy and on the analysis of the third sector, including the welfare regime. For five years Tatsiana Chulitskaya was involved as academic coordinator in the international educational project ‘Election Observation: Theory and Practice’. She also participates in different civic education projects for representatives of Belarusian political parties and civil society. Co-author of the policy paper "Reforming the system of public administration in Belarus: contemporary challenges in the context of international experience".
