Member of the Council of SYMPA since 2013. General Director of the Business School of the Institute of Privatization and Management. Administrative Director of BEROC (The Belarusian Economic Research and Outreach Center). He graduated from the historical faculty of the Belarusian State University with major in economy. He attended postgraduate school of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences. In 1995-1996 he was a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Belarus, a member of the faction "Civil Action", the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Belarus on economic policy and reforms. He worked in the financial company FIKO, the consulting company SBC, Moscow Business School (as a Rector). Besides SYMPA he is a member of supervisory councils at several institutions such as: the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE-Ukraine), the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE-Belarus); the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS).
