The School of Young Managers in Public Administration

The curriculum

Organizationally the programme consists from 4 sessions held in Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania and Sweden, and intersession work of the students which includes analysis of session materials, participation in seminars and round tables with Belarusian expert community, politicians and diplomats, and organization of own educational event on public administration topics.

From the point of view of content the programme is focused on topical for Belarus problematic field and possibility to apply knowledge received in the sphere of public administration in Belarus. The students get knowledge in political science, economy, regional development, local self-government, EC institutions, e-governance, PR, CSR. In order to see the practical aspect the programme includes studying the best practices of public administration in host countries. The group visits state institutions (the parliaments, city councils etc.), educational and social institutions, mass media, NGOs.
